Questions
Is a ChatGPT or Claude subscription the same as an API key?
No. An API key is separate from a chat subscription, and your provider bills it by use. You create one on your provider's developer site.
Does Loudwell see my key?
No. It stays in your Mac's Keychain, and your Mac talks to your AI provider.
What happens when I reach my cap?
Loudwell warns you at 80% and stops at 100%.
