What it never does
- Send anything you haven't approved.
- Use bought or scraped lists, or look up directors and home addresses. It reads company details only.
- Write cold to UK sole traders or partnerships. In the UK it writes cold only to limited companies, LLPs and PLCs, as the law (PECR) expects.
- Leave out your name and an easy way to opt out of a cold email, or write again to anyone who opted out.
- Make calls. You dial every one yourself, and cold contacts have no call button at all.
- Automate LinkedIn, or log in anywhere except the one mailbox you connect.

Questions
Which mailboxes work?
Gmail or Google Workspace, iCloud, Fastmail, Zoho or any mailbox with an app password, and Microsoft 365 through Microsoft's own sign-in. Use a separate sending domain; Loudwell checks its settings and shows you what to add before it sends anything. The password stays in your Mac's Keychain.

Is cold email allowed?
In the UK, to limited companies, LLPs and PLCs, with your name and an opt-out in every email, which Loudwell adds. You're the sender, so the rules are yours to follow; Loudwell is built to keep you inside them. The terms say more.
Where does my sales data go?
Your people, emails and deals stay in a file on your Mac. Emails go out through your own mailbox, and drafts are written by your own AI key. We never see any of it. The privacy page lists every service it talks to.
