What we collect
If you join the waitlist we keep your email address, when you joined, that you ticked the box agreeing to be emailed, and your answers to the two optional questions (whether you've launched, and where you post). If you arrived from one of our posts, we also keep a short tag saying which platform the link came from. We don't ask for your name.
Why
To email you when Loudwell opens and send the occasional update, because you asked us to. The answers and the tag tell us who Loudwell is useful for and which posts work. We don't sell your details or pass them to anyone for their own use.
Where it's kept
In a database run for us by Cloudflare, which hosts this site. Like any web host, Cloudflare sees your IP address when it delivers the page and uses it briefly to stop the form being flooded. We don't keep your IP address.
Cookies and analytics
None. This site sets no cookies and loads no analytics or advertising scripts.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove it, or until the list is no longer needed, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to remove your email address, to tell you what we hold, or to correct it. Every email we send says how to stop them. Loudwell is made by Bargello, which holds your details. Write to privacy@bargello.ai.
