Email loudwellapp@gmail.com and say which app you're using (Mac or iPhone) and what you were trying to do. A screenshot helps. I aim to reply within two working days.
What do I need?
A Mac with the Loudwell app, and an iPhone if you want to share posts from your phone. The iPhone app works with the Mac app and can't make posts on its own. Windows and Android versions are coming soon.
How do I connect my iPhone?
On your Mac, open Loudwell, go to Phone and click Show pairing code. In the iPhone app, tap Scan pairing code and point it at the code. You can also scan it with the iPhone's Camera app, or copy the link and tap Paste.
Can I try the iPhone app without a Mac?
Yes. On the first screen, tap Try it with sample posts. You'll see made-up posts for two made-up brands, and nothing you do is sent anywhere. Tap Leave in the yellow strip to go back.
My reminders don't arrive
Check that notifications are on for Loudwell in the iPhone's Settings. Reminders are set each time the app gets the latest posts from your Mac, so open the app once after planning a new post. If your Mac has been asleep, the app says so at the top of Today.
A post won't load on my phone
Your Mac needs to be awake with Loudwell open to send new posts. Pull down on Today to check again. If it keeps happening, unpair (Today, ••• menu) and scan a new pairing code.
How do I share a post?
Tap Post to TikTok (or whichever platform is next). The caption is copied for you. Save the video or photos to Photos, open the platform's app, paste the caption and post. Then tap Done, it's posted, and Loudwell marks it on your Mac.
How do I delete my data?
Your posts and brands live on your Mac, so deleting the Mac app's data removes them. Unpairing your iPhone deletes its key, and anything left on the relay is deleted within 14 days. To have it deleted straight away, or to remove yourself from our email lists, email us. The privacy page has the details.
How do I cancel?
Use the link in any Loudwell receipt, or email us. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
