A week of posts for a driving instructor

Seven posts for a driving instructor, one a day, with the photo to take, the caption and why it works. Copy them as they are, or let Loudwell write a week like this from your own photos, in your voice.

Your diary fills up when learners recommend you to their friends, and nervous learners pick the instructor who seems calm and patient. A week like this shows your car, your style and your passes, so the right people book.

The week

  1. Monday · Instagram · Photo

Shoot: A pupil with their pass certificate by the car (ask first), first name only.

Passed first time this morning. Well done, Leah. Remember: mirror, signal, then text your mum.

Why it works: Passes are your best advert, and the light joke shows you're good company in the car.

  2. Tuesday · TikTok · Video

Shoot: A thirty-second tip filmed from the passenger seat while parked: how to do a hill start.

Hill starts don't need to be scary. Here's how I teach them, step by step.

Why it works: Practical tips are searched by learners all the time and show your teaching style before they book.

  3. Wednesday · Instagram · Carousel

Shoot: Three plain slides: the most common reasons for a minor fault, as you see them.

Things I see learners lose marks on: not checking blind spots, hesitating at roundabouts, speed on bends. All fixable.

Why it works: Useful knowledge from experience builds authority, and ending on 'all fixable' keeps it encouraging.

  4. Thursday · Instagram · Photo

Shoot: The car parked up, clean, with the L plates on.

This is where you'll learn. Dual controls, plenty of patience, no judgement if it takes a few goes.

Why it works: Nervous learners want to know it's safe and calm. Saying so plainly takes the fear out.

  5. Friday · TikTok · Video

Shoot: A short clip of a local roundabout or junction from a safe parked spot, with your voice over.

This roundabout catches a lot of people out on tests round here. Here's the lane to be in.

Why it works: Local, specific advice is hard to find and shows you know the test routes.

  6. Saturday · Instagram · Photo

Shoot: A pupil's first lesson, them in the driver's seat smiling (ask first).

First lesson for Josh today. Didn't stall once, which is better than I did.

Why it works: First lessons show beginners it's normal to start from nothing, and the humour makes you approachable.

  7. Sunday · Instagram · Photo

Shoot: Your diary or a simple graphic with prices and lesson lengths.

Lessons from £35 an hour, block bookings from £320 for ten. A few weekday slots free next month.

Why it works: Clear prices and availability save learners and parents the back-and-forth.

Questions

What should a driving instructor post?

Passes, tips and local advice. Learners want to see who you are and how you teach, and their parents want to see prices and passes.

Can I film while teaching?

Don't film while driving. Film tips while parked, ask learners' permission before posting them, and never post anyone under 18 without a parent's agreement.

Can Loudwell write a week like this for me?

Yes. Loudwell is a Mac app that plans your week from the photos and clips you already have and writes each caption in your voice. Nothing goes out without your yes on your phone. Solo is £4.99 a month, with 7 days free and no card; your AI provider bills you separately, usually £2 to £4 a month.
