A week of posts for a cleaning company
Seven posts for a cleaning company, one a day, with the photo to take, the caption and why it works. Copy them as they are, or let Loudwell write a week like this from your own photos, in your voice.
Your work is invisible when it's done well, and people let strangers into their homes only when they trust them. A week like this shows the team, the care and the results, so the next client feels safe saying yes.
The week
-
Monday · Instagram · Photo
Shoot: A sparkling kitchen at the end of a deep clean (the client's permission first, nothing personal in shot).
End-of-tenancy clean in a two-bed flat. Five hours, two of us, one very happy landlord.
Why it works: A finished room shows the standard, and the time and team size help people understand what they're paying for.
-
Tuesday · TikTok · Video
Shoot: A fifteen-second before and after of an oven door or a hob.
Oven door before and after. Took 40 minutes and a lot of patience.
Why it works: Before-and-afters are the most watched cleaning content there is, and they show results without claims.
-
Wednesday · Instagram · Carousel
Shoot: Three photos: the cleaning kit, the checklist, a team member at the van.
What we bring: our own products and kit, a checklist for every room, and the same cleaner each week where we can.
Why it works: People want to know what to expect. Showing the routine answers their questions before they ask.
-
Thursday · Instagram · Photo
Shoot: A team member with their first name and a short line about them.
This is Grace. She's been with us three years and has a thing about skirting boards.
Why it works: Clients are letting a person into their home. Introducing the team builds trust before the first visit.
-
Friday · TikTok · Video
Shoot: A quick tip: descaling a tap with a cloth and vinegar, hands only.
Limescale on your taps? Vinegar on a cloth, wrap it round for an hour, wipe off. You're welcome.
Why it works: Useful tips get saved and shared, and giving away a small trick shows you know your stuff.
-
Saturday · Instagram · Photo
Shoot: A kind review or message from a client, screenshot with their name covered (ask first).
Got this message from a client this week. Made our day.
Why it works: Real words from a client are more convincing than anything you can say about yourself.
-
Sunday · Instagram · Photo
Shoot: The van or the team ready for the week ahead.
A few regular weekly slots free from next week in town and the villages around. Message for a quote.
Why it works: A clear area and a simple next step turns interest into enquiries.
What to shoot this week
- Before and after of small, satisfying jobs: hobs, ovens, grout, glass.
- The team and the kit, so people know who's coming.
- Quick tips anyone can try.
- Never anything personal in a client's home, and always ask before filming.

Questions
What should a cleaning company post on social media?
Before-and-afters, the team and quick tips. Trust is what wins clients, so show the people and the care, not just the shine.
Can I film in a client's home?
Only with their permission, and keep anything personal out of shot: photos, post, house numbers and anything that shows where they live.
Can Loudwell write a week like this for me?
Yes. Loudwell is a Mac app that plans your week from the photos and clips you already have and writes each caption in your voice. Nothing goes out without your yes on your phone. Solo is £4.99 a month, with 7 days free and no card; your AI provider bills you separately, usually £2 to £4 a month.
